Students, families, staff and district leaders attended the afternoon event, which included music, snacks, bubbles and ice pops. Superintendent Dr. Shiekh, Board of Education member Ms. Raysick and Madison Avenue School Principal Ms. Jones were among the district representatives in attendance.
The Franklin PTA also assisted community members with signing up for the Grover Cleveland PTA.
“It was a fantastic afternoon connecting with our families, staff, and leadership,” Cordero said. “The warm welcome from the Grover Cleveland community sets a wonderful tone for the year ahead, and I look forward to working together to support our students’ success.”
